Define the project
Send the project country and city, building use, dimensions, span and the current project stage. Explain whether the enquiry is for a concept estimate or procurement.
Share the available technical information
Provide drawings and any available design basis, loads, support details and roof system requirements. Identify which information is preliminary and which has been approved.
Separate the scope
State whether you need engineering, fabrication, supply or installation support. Include delivery destination, expected schedule and documentation requirements.
Compare like for like
Check quantities, material specifications, finishes, packing, delivery terms and exclusions when comparing offers. An estimate based on incomplete information should be treated as provisional.
